Last night's South Park wasn't bad, but I like it when South Park pushes the envelope. While they have been funny this season, they haven't done anything envelope pushing or over the top.

I am disappointed for a little bit, I thought Kuragehime would be a show about a girl who would be 'satisfied about herself', but it somehow turn to be another make-over story.
It's still cute and has interesting premise though.

opps sorry for my English, I was meant to type "I thought Kuragehime would be a show about a girl who will be 'satisfied about herself' in the end , but it somehow turned to be another make-over story."

Ah, I just watched the newest episode and I think it gives a pretty good development, by good I mean they added a little twist in the 'make-over' thing?

I don't know, despite of the some problematic area, I really REALLY love the characters for this series because I can relate to them so much. /a history otaku with social anxiety/
How I Met Your Mother wasn't as horrible this time as it has been in the past, but I still cringed. Sexism central. Why do I love this show so much aaarrghhh
I was actually talking with some friends of mine about SPACE TEENS and the whole kids show/ porn thing. My bff has a 2 year old brother & he was saying he sees that sometimes in some of the random shit his brother watches. Which I thought was weird/interesting.
I was very worried about this show after the first episode, when the only female characters we saw were zombies, and the first couple of minutes featured a completely reprehensible conversation (from Shane? I think his name is?) about how horrible women are.
But then, they introduced a few more female characters (and they seem to be giving them more to do other than just be manhandled by the various lead actors) and they seem to be tackling some interesting feminist/social issues.
I liked how they showed the women being all "can we talk about the division of labor around here?" ..and also their bonding over missing their vibrators was amusing.
They also seem to be at least attempting to address the racial tension that exists between some of the members, and then there was the whole domestic violence that went on in the last episode.
I mean, it's still not perfect but it's a little better than I'd feared it would be in the beginning.

I loved this part! It was hilarious and so practical.
I initially had a few concerns, but this turning out to be my favorite new show of the year.

What would you like to see?

And I'd like to see Shane get eaten by a zombie, if I'm being honest...
