season 9 exists and it's awesome
Hard to dispute the first part, but the second bears repeating. Maybe if I hear it enough times, I'll actually start to believe it.

But it was Siobhan Magnus and Girl!Matt Giraud and Ellen Degeneres and and Bow-er-sox~ and Lilly and A. Lambert and season 8 contestants brought back like every week to perform and Ryan being in love with Justin Bieber.

Siobhan is awesome. And I kind of love Katelyn Epperly. Here, I'll just be honest and admit the whole problem: I've never really liked girl singers. There are exceptions of course, and I love Allison (singing or just being awesome in general), but for the most part I just don't like to listen to girls sing. And this season the boys suck. So, you know. It's a hurdle. But there are some awesome girls this season.

And season 8 was so good that I'm bitter it's over. I didn't watch season 6 because I was still bitter about Chris Daughtry not winning (yes, I am still ashamed, don't worry).

I think that's the problem for a lot of people. I like that some people just ADMIT IT instead of pretending like the season sucks over all, when really it's just kind of girl-dominated.

And even though I loved season 8 to death, I think the reason a lot of people liked it is because 7/10 of the top group were guys.

LOL I LOVED SEASON 6. I'm like the only one. I looooooved Jordin.
