Wishing it was August
Gah I wish it was August already. Like this will probably be the longest summer I have ever had. Like over 100 days off. Last summer was pretty long, but given the circumstances, I think this one is definitely longer. Having a girlfriend 300 miles away is difficult. It's good to talk on the phone everyday because that keeps the closeness factor intact still. We're both crazy about each other and missing each other like crazy. At this time last week, I was with her. That actually seems like a while ago though. Time is slowly moving fast you could say. I have decided that I'll make August 18th my last day at CPK (32 days from now) and I leave for Vegas on the 21st (5 weeks from today). I head back up to Austin exactly six weeks from today, which will likely be the next time I see my dear Jennifer. It seems like an eternity though. Sunday always seems like the slowest day of the week too for some reason. Thank God I'm actually going to work in less than an hour bc that will pass the time faster. It's a crazy feeling that you know you're in love with someone. I really didn't expect this to happen to me so quickly. I've always wanted it to happen, but for it to come finally is truly a blessing. Well I guess that's enough. I must get it ready for work now.
