Leaving town, like y'all care...
Well I'm leaving town tomorrow finally for about 8 days or so. I'll be back in town on July 13th. I'll be going to Corpus/Port A for 3 days, then to Houston to see an Astros game, then to Nacogdoches to visit a friend and so my Dad can see his old college, then to Arlington for 3 days with Jennifer (the icing on the cake!) Things are going well right now I would say. Well y'all be safe while I'm gone...haha.
On a sad/disturbing note, my brother's roommate Chris, (he's my friend too), pretty much totaled out his Saturn last night. He was driving home from Fox and Hound which is at DeZavala and Vance Jackson. He was going down Vance Jackson towards UTSA Blvd bc that's where their apartment is at. So, he's like 3 mins from home. He must have been going too fast and there was water on the road from the sprinkler system by this subdivision and he took the corner too fast and went head on into a stone wall, spun around and the rear end hit the wall too. He walked away uninjured and the air bags didn't deploy for some reason. Luckily he wasn't intoxicated either. So, yeah crazy stuff. He's very lucky to be alive today.
