And the night goes on... [closed/in progress]

Jun 11, 2008 00:25

WHO: Tommy and Jinx.
WHAT: The rest of their historic first date.
WHERE: Tommy's bedroom.
WHEN: Sunday night, June 8th

Sweating, grinning, Jinx pulled herself out of the bed and stretched her arms up in the air, popping most of her spine. That was very, very, very, incredibly, wonderfully, and many other adjectives.... nice. Almost purring with long ( Read more... )

He listened to this for a long moment in complete silence. The speech gave him time to overcome the drowsy haze of afterglow, though he missed the beginning of her lecture due to the way she talked, as if none of it mattered. It gave him time to stop focusing on her body and his luck. He slowly registered shock at what she was saying and tensed into readiness.

But not as slowly as one might have expected.

"Oy." he said. It was an unforgiving tone of voice. He wasn't going to play games. A misstep now, and he would defend himself to the death and without regret.

Tracing her fingertips along his skin, she smiled a little, not like her usual grins. This was an actual smile and a felt soft sigh at the tone he had given her, the way his body tensed as she nuzzled herself near to him. This was such an odd feeling she had, almost surreal, laying her next to a live boy who had just shown her a very good time, who had bought her dinner, who had spent this time with her. It was actually quite... sad.

"But, do you want to hear something weird, Tommy? Something absolutely fucking crazy?" She sighed heavily, still not making contact with his pretty eyes. "I don't want to kill you. I know I should have by now, but I really don't want to. You're so young, so many mistakes left to make that other people will want to kill you for. And now that I've told you all this, told you that I'm a murderer, I really should slit your throat to make sure you don't squeal. I get this odd feeling you won't though. I mean, who would you tell? You're this fresh young kid, so much life left to live, and you stupidly come to ( ... )

He watched this again in silence, but in a more careful silence this time. Her moving away didn't meet with any protests like it normally would. It would give him more time to react if she tried anything.

He allowed her to have her moment without interruption.

"You're a very weird girl." His tone hadn't softened much, but it was rarely soft, so it was approaching normal now. "But fine. My name's Tommy, I don't kill people for a living but it's not out of the question, so try not to do shit like that."

Jinx chuckled a bit at his reintroduction. But would it be actually be a reintroduction when they were never actually that introduced in the first place? She came into the Hungry Bug, sat down and barely talked to him at first. And instantly they had begun to almost argue about her age. So, he was not a murderer, but he was willing to keep up the impression that he just may be for the sake to look bad. She was not going to debate him on that front. At least with that mindset he would last about a week... if he had the balls to go through with it ( ... )

"Weren't you the one who said I should be more careful?" said Tommy. But he allowed her to snuggle back up with a sigh. Honestly, couldn't she have said all that in the morning? He was trying to enjoy himself here.

"How about we go a little slower." said Tommy, "God, I never thought I'd ever say that.

You proved you can have sex with me and not kill me. Awesome. How about we leave sleeping together for next time?" Because, you know, how was he supposed to sleep after that?

Jinx was not pleased with that. She wanted to sleep here, whether it was with Tommy or not. Well, with Tommy it would have been much more pleasant, but if he needed to leave the room it would be arranged. Yawning a bit, she nuzzled closer to him, slinking an arm to rest over his chest. "You're just afraid that you're not going to wake up in the morning."

Grinning, she closed her eyes and made herself quite comfortable against him. His bed felt nicer than hers. "And you should be much more careful, but not you have to deal with your mistake. If you want to send me home, I might as well threaten you with something so I'm sure you're not going to run away to the AMC or someone to hunt me down. I'm very comfy and sleepy ( ... )

"I kind of doubt that," he said, "If I thought you were just a little lying girl I wouldn't have fucked you."

She was right about this being comfortable, though. Why did she have to go and get his adrenaline going like that? He'd used enough of it for the night.

He dug himself a bit deeper into the bed with his shoulders. An armful of girl was always good; an armful of naked girl was even better. Oh well, it wasn't like he hadn't known it was stupid when he did it.

"Tell you what. I'll let you sleep here if you tell me about the AMC and whatever else it is I've missed only living here a couple weeks."

Being an armful of girl was nice. Sighing happily, she made herself the most comfortable she had felt in a very long time. Tonight, she would play make believe. She was an average American girl, just graduated from high school, and Tommy was her sweetheart. This was their first time making love when his parents went out of town for a business trip. Yeah, that was the good life. Especially when he agreed to let her sleep there ( ... )

Tommy stroked her back a little absentmindedly while listening. This was important information, and he should probably try to stay awake for it, comfortable as this all was.

The AMC, hm. "Is the AMC an actual organization or just whatever you call people after the mob?" Either way, they sounded like they could be useful. He still didn't know who exactly was responsible for experimenting on him; they might have that information.

"If that's true, why hasn't Monacello won the war yet?" Someone was being really obviously biased here.

"From what I know," she began, "the AMC is an actual organization, but they really suck in trying to keep everyone together. There's a rumor about there being a couple rats in the families. They just don't really know how to get things done, but they're still a threat the probably needs to be dealt with."

Sleep would be nice sometime soon, but Tommy wanted his questions answered. And his next one sparked something within her, her pride mostly. "Well, there's still a long way to go with this war. Vescovo has all the money and they're a deeper rooted mafia family. Monacello with beat them soon enough, you wait." She chuckled a little, then it turned into a yawn. "Just be careful about getting involved in the mafia war. Some people make profit of it, but most end up getting killed."

Smiling instead of grinning, she told him, "And I don't want you to get killed."

Well, that settled it. He had slept with a goddamn mafia girl. That made him even cooler, didn't it? Except, how do you brag? And would she turn into a horse head in the night?

"I don't want to get involved in it," said Tommy, "I'm here for unrelated reasons." Probably unrelated reasons, at least, until he knew better.

That was enough of questions, anyway. The haze of sleep was tugging at him yet again. He closed his eyes, hoping she wouldn't kill him and the lovebirds but not especially worried. He hadn't come this far expecting to survive, after all.

That thought in his mind, he began to doze off.

Jinx smirked as he told her he was not here to get involved. Of course he was here for that reason, everybody was in one way or another. If he was looking for adventure, then he found it. If he was looking for a new life, maybe reincarnation would be kind to him. She hoped so. When he began to doze, she waited until his eyes had been closed for a while. Then she looked up at him, at a very innocent face ( ... )
