WHAT: Luffy is waiting at a phone booth for Caiman to call him back.
WHERE: Street front, Vesco turf
WHEN: Late morning
People that wanted to be contacted by phone were a pain in the ass. Luffy believed this because he didn't have a phone.
So, here he was, sitting ontop of a red phone booth, hanging upside down and starting to whine at the person who was currently using the thing. If Caiman called back, Luffy would miss the call. He'd been here since he called the night prior.
The person using the phone gave Luffy a glare, but he was simply too annoying to ignore so they wrapped up their phone call and left in a huff.
Luffy sat in silence before letting out a loud, long groan. He was bored and HUNGRY.
But god damn, he wanted that job.
