Regular monkeys or those little swimming sea monkey things? Though they're not actually monkeys. I think they're brine shrimp or something.

Probably regular monkeys, though anything with "monkey" in the name should apply. Like monkey wrench.

Or monkey bread. That's pretty good stuff. I eat it for breakfast somtimes.

... I can honestly say that I have never eaten monkey bread. Is it tasy?

Oh yeah! It's kind of sticky and sweet. Kind of like a cinnamon roll, only a little bit heavier.

I don't know where the name came from though.

... You don't think they put real monkeys in them, do you?

I had that same horrifying thought...so I checked every last recipe I could find. No mention of monkey meat, or any meat at all.

My theory is that it's because you eat it with your hands, kind of like a monkey. But I couldn't find any evidence of that either.
