So, are cops actually doing something for once, or are they standing around holding their dicks as usual?

Edit: So it's apparently not that cops don't want to do anything, it's that they aren't allowed to.
In my humble opinion: Fuck that shit in the ear.
So, instead of joining the cops, which would do jack all anyway, and instead of joining up with a family and hoping they offer protection, it's time for a third option. Neighborhoods taking care of themselves.
Everyone who is sick to death of having a city with some of the highest crime rates, but lowest amount of convictions, or sick of wondering if you're ever robbed if there'll be anyone at all to look for who did it, or just sick of having no sense of security at all, speak up.
