I stepped on the scale this morning (worried because I started my period) and my weight was 350! The weight is flying off now. I think it's because I've been eating more and actually staying within my calorie range. It seems backwards, but it really works---you have to eat more to lose more.



Woo hoo!!

Tonight I will do WATP. I suck at getting up early.
