I swam
I have been in denial about my weight for a long time.
Today at the pool, I couldn't escape just how big I had become. When I swam, I felt all my fat floating around me. It was a weird feeling. And when I tried to get out of the pool, I could barely pull myself up the steps. I was so afraid the rails wouldn't support my weight. But they did.
It was hard to face.
But I swam for almost half an hour. I did more laps than anyone there.
I took my before pictures earlier and dropped them off to be developed. They should be ready this evening. I may wait until tomorrow to pick them up.
