There's nothing like pushy ginger brides suddenly appearing on the TARDIS to snap a bloke out of a funk in a hurry. There's probably nothing like a loud-mouthed ginger not-quite widow to distract a bloke from suicidal thoughts, either. There's not much like a quiet ginger in a wedding dress to undo half of that work with a few frightened words.
