(no subject)
I am very curious if there exists a person who writes by sitting down and steadily working.
I am definitely not that person.
I am a very kinestetic(spelling anyone?) person and think by moving around.
Therefore, my writing process involves a lot of getting up and pacing.
Also, I have found when writing for long periods of time(such as, five hours as I plan on doing every day this summer) it require lots of dance breaks.
I don't know why I never did this while I'm at school! It's the perfect break! Turn on a song, dance around for the song and then sit back down and work. PERFECT!
And just so everyone knows the who are the band of the day today. Particularly the song Squeeze Box for some reason.
For my own benefit to prove that I am in fact working, I have decided to post here what I got done each day....and because its me there is always running commentary. I also always title things last so the stuff i'm working on usually has some strange working title that isn't exactly related to the subject at hand! haha.
Writing Events on June 3, 2007
-freewrite for 5 minutes--prompt: Someday never comes
-Worked on part one of Working Title: The Yet Unnamed Monday Project--not too much work--more grammatical stuff will be finished later but part 1 is finished for now.
-some work on my outline for monday project--had some ideas for some ending changes when I was in Mexico and am much happier with it now
-finally! begin work on part 2--and part 2 went nowhere I had planned to go but thats okay! haha--and I realized that my last line of part 2 sounds unintentionally kinky...oh well..no rewrites until I'm done!
Word Count so far for Monday Project: 1,260
