For approving Secretary of State Clinton to the job. The legal suit against her was a frivolous lawsuit that wasted time and money.
For those of you that didn't know, there's a stipulation in the Constitution that states that someone in Congress can't be promoted to a Cabinet position if they, as a member of Congress, received a pay increase that took them above the Cabinet's payscale. I'm paraphrasing, of course.
Now, prior to accepting the position, Senator Clinton took a pay cut so that she met requirement. This has been done in the past. Nothing shady about it.
So, I'm glad to see that the DoJ did what was right.
