In short: There should be something akin to perjury, punishable by no less than dismissal from office for any elected representative, that lies while congress is in session. This would of course include senate hearings, and every other call of business for the entirety of congress. Well, there kind of is. It's the Congress' duty to vote for a bipartisan panel to investigate this. Sadly, the Democrats in power aren't doing their duty. I agree with Term Limits, though. I think that the fat cats in Washington, on BOTH sides, feel that they're "too big to fail."
Under oath, no. But, should she be, I think so. If she's going to make statements that the CIA lies to Congress and that Congress was misled by the Bush Administration, then ALL members of Congress are under oath to get to the bottom of it. They swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Not that many people on Washington have been doing that for the past MANY years. But, if the CIA lied, they need to be brought to task. If Nancy Pelosi lied, then she needs to be kicked out.
When will we, The People, realize that we're no longer being served by the Government?

And worse she's an inept liar.
I'm not aware of any time during which she lied about this where she was under oath to tell the truth.
