I've been reading
Alton Brown's I'm Just Here for the Food and created a variation on his style of BBQ Ribs. FYI: BBQ = slow and low. Not flash grilling.
- Take one 1/2 rack of Pork Spare Ribs and place in a zip lock bag.
- Pour one can of diet coke w/ splenda (or classic coak, if you're a purist) in with the ribs
