A neighboring house
It burned up the other day. A cigarette accident of some sort. Two cats died. So sad. Mr. Neighbor and I walk by it on our daily stroll(s). There's always a fire department person camped out nearby. Just camping out in his fire department pickup truck. Why would that be? Mr. Neighbor thinks he is somehow "safeguarding" the property. From what? It's torched for gracious' sake.
