*bah*
You know, I complained about the rain and when Wickedkitty and I went to the Highland Games today, the sun kept popping out of the clouds and because of it, now I have a massive sunburn on my face... not even all over my face, just my cheekbones, nose, and forehead. Its very painful. *bah* At least the weather was nice and I got to see lots of hot guys in kilts. I guess I can take a couple of days of looking stupid for that. In theory tonight we're going dancing but I haven't heard back from her yet so we'll see.
Yesterday was pretty fun. Went volunteering, ran to the library, mailed the last thing I need for my visa, and picked up my transcripts.. essentially did everything I meant to (except wash the dishes which I just remembered). Had a yummy dinner and watched more of the Tudors before bed.
I've been having really strange dreams lately.
Last night all I can remember about them were that I was with this huge group of people and we were playing soccer at my old elementary school, then had 'school' even though we were on the pavement and it was not in English. Then we were on this gigantic pirate ship trying to hide from these people on shore. Totally bizarre.
Tomorrow I'm looking forward to relaxing and more relaxing. I need to continue scanning slides for my aunt, which essentially forces me to sit at my desk to continuously remove the slides to scan more. Doesn't really sound like fun but I would love to be able to get as much done as I possibly can before July. The batch I have now might be the ones that my Grandfather took in Korea, which would be interesting to see. *shrug* Maybe if dancing doesn't work out tonight I'll do some of them so I can feel like I'm being productive.
I can still hear the bagpipes in my head since it was essentially 5 hours of non-stop bagpipes.. its permanently ingrained.
