I'm so glad that it doesn't get too terribly cold in Normandie. We're close to the sea and so temperatures rarely get below 40F, which isn't terribly cold compared to Kentucky and Kansas winters. We had a blizzard last night and received the first true snow of the winter-- and I just began my Spring Break yesterday! It's so lovely outside, though I do wish I could get out and about a little. I just found out that today is Casimir Pulaski Day. Well, for Chicagoans it's on March 1, but Bush just decided that it was to be today, which is the day he died fighting the Revolutionary War, and that actually makes more sense than having it on the first of March.
