Speaking of Le Petit Prince, I had a dream not too long ago about being stranded in the Sahara with a broken plane, and the Prince was helping me fix it. The other night I had a dream that I was living the plot of "The Last King of Scotland", and was being held captive in Uganda by Idi Amin. And no Mr. Tumnus was there to save me! I really want to see that movie, but I need to see it with someone who rarely cries in movies and who would be able to comfort me afterward. Forest Whitaker looks like the stuff nightmares are made of in his role as Idi Amin. Shudder.
So today I was watching "Spider-Man 2" with my family. At one point my dad looked from Mary Jane, to me, to Mary Jane, then back to me. His eyes lit up and he said, "Suzanne! I get it!" And knowing that I understood him perfectly well, we left the conversation at that. My mom caught his meaning as well and we all had a chuckle. It was quite an amusing moment, to say the least, and I apologize for being so cryptic, but I daresay a few of you can figure out what he must have meant!
I got a voice mail from the doctor that had me quite scared until I called them back and found out that it was nothing, that they just have some lab results in and were unable to mail them for some reason. Phew! It should be illegal for them to leave me a message and not inform me that everything is okay!
