being sick is evil. I have been quarantined in the depths of my abysmal lair for the past 2 days of vomitous horror. I've lost 5 pounds due to the fact that I couldn't even keep water or an effing saltine cracker down for more than 5 minutes. I haven't experienced that much vomiting since god knows when. Argh. I just consumed a can of chicken
