DAY 7 - 2006/07/10
Rachel found her webcam!!!!!!! Actually, Rachel's mom found her webcam, but the result's the same: I CAN SEE MY BELOVED! Man was I excited.... I think I'm going to stop giving a chronological account of events cause that's boring. Instead I'm just going to write about whatever pops into my head - HOWEVER, I'm going to omit the *I am madly in love with Rachel* thoughts cause otherwise every other sentence would be that :-/
Anyways, class was pretty easy although I screwed up on the easiest spot test in the world... grades don't matter over here (only the final exam at the end of each few lessons matters cause if you don't get 70%+ you have to repeat the lessons!!!) but I was still bummed about it. Ah yes, there's this rather annoying girl in my class, let us call her Annie (as in ANNOYING - i know, creative huh?). Anyways, she is annoying because she's a suck up! Always answering questions when the teacher is asking someone else....!!! Plus sometimes here impromptu answers are WRONG! which is kind of funny :P Oh ya, she looks very German :-/ i.e. big. Not fat or anything, just Big. And she's 17 years old. I don't know why that matters, but it makes her even more annoying :P
Hmmm, i sound very angry! It's not like I really don't like her or anything, it's just everytime she tries to suck up it's annoying, but apart from those moments, it's fine.
YAaaaaaaaa, so when I got back to my room after having lunch at the supermarket :X I SAW THAT RACHEL FOUND HER WEBCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! MAN OH MAN OH MAN OH MAN.... I felt like a little kid who got his first bike (a kid who liked sports, not like Dexter) !!!!! That was/IS the coolest thing that has happened so far! I got to see the face of the most beautiful girl in the world... wow is all I can say. While we were having our usual talk I realized how much she cares about how I feel and that made me feel even more lucky to have her in my life...as Part of my life. She's asleep right now. :)
AHhhhhhhhhhh yesssss.... on my way out to dinner, guess who I walked by??? Patosan!!! hahahah, Pato, pato, pato. Guess what he was up to? Chatting up a girl of course!! Was it someone's WIFE this time??? No, I don't think so. BUT, I heard a bit of their conversation on my way out -- (all in japanese mind you)
Pato: "So what are you going to do?"
Girl: "I'm going to go to my room"
Pato: "Excellent! let's go"
Girl: "heyyy, nooo... whyyy?"
Pato: "Because I would like to talk to you"
And that's all I heard before I left! hahahahahaahhahahahahahaha. Welll, did Patosan manage to get into the girl's room? Not exactly, cause when I went outside to unlock my bike I saw the two of them walking towards the stairs that lead down to the road. I guess she said they can talk, but not in her room. Smart girl. I hope she does not have a boyfriend, let alone a husband!!!
So I went to an italian restaurant called Pastel... ordered a Pescadore... and it was tiny!!! MAAaaannnn!! Finished it in 2 seconds and was thinking about what to eat next! I left the restaurant and went to the supermarket across the street. Walked around it for a while and then decided on these funny looking things... :-s They were in a plastic box and they looked like jello..... I saw a couple of them going by at the Nigiri Tokube sushi table thing so I bought them.
On my way back to my room, guess who I see again? That's right! PATOSAN!! He was still chatting with that girl!! They were sitting with a few inches in between them so I guess he'll be at it for most of the night. ahahaha jk, I'm sure he's a very interesting guy.
So I get back to my room and wanted to take a picture of my dessert but I realized that the 'adapter' I brought for my camera did NOT convert european plugs into japanese (which are the same as american)!!!!!!!!!! My adapter only converted US/Japanese to european!! GRRRRrrrrrrrrrrr. I'll have to buy another adapter (I left the appropriate one in the states) before climbing Mount Fuji!!
Anyways, I open the dessert box andd... PAAAAAAaaaaahhhhhhhhh!! Smells like SAKANA!! (which is japanese for fish)!!! I got worried cause I thought it was a dessert... :-/ I take a bite and OLE!! It was sweet! (literally sweet that is). It had a strange filling which was of sweet beans or something :-s anyways, I ate 3 and then it got too sweet so I stopped :P There are 2 left. So yup! That was my day. I just finished studying for tomorrow's potential 'spot test' and am ready to go to bed.
The thing is, it's only 11pm...
Long distance sucks. I miss Rachel. :(
