In one of their podcasts, They Might Be Giants did a kind of awesome song about Strong Bad and a crystal fortress. So I made a sound file with only the Crystal Fortress song. Enjoy, if you like that kind of thing. I know I do. The whole podcast can be found here.

Yesterday I played a couple of Telltale's oldest games. I got them for free, so... The Texas Hold'em one was actually kind of fun. And now I know how to play Texas Hold'em. It was a little easy, but the writing was very good. I wouldn't mind seeing those characters again. Except Boris Krinkle, who later appeared in Sam & Max as Leonard Steakcharmer. I've already seen him. Speaking of Boris, while I was playing I started slashing him with Ted Dudebrough, and I have no idea where that came from. Normally I don't pair any characters up when I'm watching something, regardless of their gender. I'd say the Internet is rubbing off on me, but I've been using it for ten years, so I think any rubbing it was going to do has already been done.

I also played Bone: Out From Boneville. The puzzles were a joke and the minigames were tedious, but it was well-written and fun. I should play the other one as well, but I'm out of free games and free game coupons, and I promised myself I wouldn't buy any more games for a while. That Fone Bone certainly talks a lot like Sam sometimes. They share a voice actor in the Telltale games and his Sam and Fone Bone voices are definitely distinct, but sometimes the delivery is the same, and it's kind of distracting. It didn't happen often, but it was noticable to me when it did.

I've got to read those Bone comics. I know my library has them.

Okay, that's it.
