It's hard to ask for reviews when you don't have an ARC to offer the reviewer. Not only have publishing houses drastically cut staff, they've slashed their production of advance reading copies. I'm not alone; I've heard this from other authors, too. I wonder if publishing houses hope to make PFDs and Kindle an industry standard?
