I am baking a pie.

No, wait. I went to the store, bought a Sara Lee Dutch apple pie, preheated the oven, slit open the box, mooshed the crumbs around according to the directions, slipped it onto the rack, and set the timer. I am tired this Xmas, so I'm dumping Thank You pie filling into frozen crusts. I am making crumb topping for them, but that's it! Let 'em eat cake (gonna be pineapple upside down).

Me, I've never done 2. or 10. But all the others I do on a regular basis...
Loove cooking! But right now, after having spent most of the day in the kitchen, I'm a little cooked-out. Must admit!

I like the way the dough comes in big long rolls now. You can just pick 'em up and gnaw, lol.
