My first instinct would be to visit the Hospital in person, but I suppose a communication in this form would be more convenient for those more used to this technology.  Which is a roundabout way of saying that I am interested in working at the Hospital and unsure who to specifically contact about this.

If retraining is what it takes, then I'm prepared for that. I believe medicine remains my vocation, no matter how much its practice has changed.

Well you're looking at four years worth of retraining before anyone of sound mind lets you so much as write out a scrip.

I rather hope I will not remain here for so many years, but I suppose I could at least provide some assistance to others.

And even in the best of circumstances, a sound mind is a precious commodity.
