My first instinct would be to visit the Hospital in person, but I suppose a communication in this form would be more convenient for those more used to this technology. Which is a roundabout way of saying that I am interested in working at the Hospital and unsure who to specifically contact about this.
My training must certainly be out of date, but I attended the University of London Medical School and served as a house surgeon at St Bartholomew's Hospital receiving my medical degree in 1878. I was an army surgeon for a time and for many years now, I have had my own practice. I am willing to learn all that anyone is willing to teach me about advances that have happened in different times and different worlds. I feel that I have settled in well enough now to begin such an undertaking, and hope I will be of more aid than annoyance to those currently employed.
[ETA: Packing. If I don't tag back tonight, I might not get to it until Monday...moving and my new place has no internet yet, unless one of the neighbors has unsecured wireless.]
getting used to this (almost),
was probably just feeling lazy today,
job search,
