My first instinct would be to visit the Hospital in person, but I suppose a communication in this form would be more convenient for those more used to this technology.  Which is a roundabout way of saying that I am interested in working at the Hospital and unsure who to specifically contact about this.

My training must certainly be out of date, ( Read more... )

getting used to this (almost), was probably just feeling lazy today, job search, posting his resume online

You might wish to get in touch with a Dr. Lisa Cuddy. She's currently the one in charge.

I look forward to working with you, should you get the position. I'm Dr. Solomon Goldsmith...

Likewise...

I couldn't help but to notice the date you mentioned... as well as serving in the military... I'd be interested in hearing more about your experiences from that time.

[ooc: 100 year old-ish chevalier served in WW2 and got his medical degree around that time. XD Not that he's told anyone else that... but... anyway.]

I would be perfectly willing to tell you all you wish to hear, but as much as I've done and as many places that I've been, my most interesting experiences have occurred as part of my association with Sherlock Holmes. Unfortunately my records of those cases are lost to me, but I am attempting to re-create them. Which is no arduous task, with the man himself around to consult.

[ooc: Still more up to date than Watson, then, sob.]

You're a writer as well? A biographer?

[ooc: Oooops!!! I meant WWI.... where was my mind? I was a whole war off!!!]

Yes, I have in fact published a few of stories about Holmes's adventures. And I think I may say without boasting that they have not been unpopular with the public.

... a pleasure, Dr. Watson... I must say, this city has just gotten a little more interesting

Yes, why don't we meet sometime in the next week so I can hear some of your stories? For tea, perhaps...
