My first instinct would be to visit the Hospital in person, but I suppose a communication in this form would be more convenient for those more used to this technology.  Which is a roundabout way of saying that I am interested in working at the Hospital and unsure who to specifically contact about this.

1878...yeah, you're pretty much going to have to relearn everything.

Okay. I'm probably being mean about that. The 1800s were not my favorite time.

Another doctor on staff would be great.

That implies you experienced the 1800s as well as more recent times, and not merely by experiencing the turn of the century. We're you present for previous decades?

Yes, I was. I really didn't think much of human medicine or technology at the time.

Humans thinking, usually with some justification, that we're in league with their various pantheons' hells.

I enjoy working at the hospital. The emergency room's been pretty busy these last few days though.
