It's never good to push yourself too hard, but it's not good to give up all the time, either. Try taking it one step at a time. If you try accomplishing something big all at once, it can be overwhelming...

If people leave, it doesn't mean that they're gone forever. You remember them, and they remember you, and that's how they live in your memory until you can meet again. It's hard to deal with, but possible.
