Skirt, seen in photos below, is eggshell/creme colored with medium-blue print of roses, keys, crowns, birds, and ribbons (very subtle, very pretty and girly). Waist max is 36", length is 23" hitting approximately at or just below the knee. Worn 3 or 4 times, condition is Like New.
