Mental Health Day.
Cleaning the house, doing some sewing and healthy cooking, sorting old clothes to donate, filing taxes, chilling at B&N, taking a walk later, starting yoga this evening.
I'm running a little low on hope, faith, etc lately. I miss the optimism I held so dear a few months back.
But! I have a cute bird and a nice place to live and my family and great friends and a nice fellow and an unabated love of making food.
This will help!
