I died. It was epic, and characterful to the last. I've played through quite a few "we could have survived if..."s in my head, but none of them would have made sense for the character.  So after two crap weeks where pretty much everything went wrong for me, my life has picked up hugely. Firstly, I have just come back from the White City 36-hour (3ygb for Other Place types), which was very excellent. Secondly, I have a job! Specifically, the software development graduate position at RM that I really wanted.

Life is, for now, good

 Is anyone up for hitting each other with foam weapons at some point tomorrow afternoon? I could do with getting back into some vague semblance of practice before the 36 hour.

This post delayed by 24 hours due to spending most of yesterday too hung over (never trust drinks that taste of herbs) and sleep deprived to do so. ...would have left me less dead had I, you know, consumed anything other than water before 3:45 pm. There are things that one can achieve with no breakfast. An exam and 3 hours of larp are not reasonably among them. If I am to continue this waking up early lark, I really should consider letting breakfast into my life.
