Sudden Revelation
Case #1
Just recently, I bumped into a friend I haven't seen since high school. Our conversation went something like this:
Me: Woahhh, I haven't seen you since high school! What is that..like 5, 6 years?
Friend: Actually, it's been 8 years.
Case #2
I was conducting a phone interview for a position at PUYO. I look through the candidate's resume. Sees that he is entering first year university. Okay, fine. Proceeds to email him. Sees that his email is something like this: firstnamelastname94@gmail.com. Yes, firstnamelastname94@gmail.com. 94. As in, 1994.
You know that convention of using your birth year in your email? Yeah.
And then, it suddenly hit me...holy shit, I'm so ancient.
