I'm 37w 2d today, but I think Danica still has some more cooking to do. At my midwife appointment last week, she guesstimated that Danica's about 5 pounds and will be about 7 at birth (after I told her I didn't want to know her estimate... but oh well).

I've been convinced (for various reasons) that I'm going to pop out a big baby, so I told my midwife that I don't want to know her estimate of fetal size since having a potentially large-ish number in the back of my head while I'm in labor isn't going to be helpful for me. So I guess I'm not too upset that she told me anyway, since her prediction is only in the 7 pound range, even though I know it's likely to be wildly inaccurate.
One thing I am betting on though is that she will be long! At our 20w ultrasound, her arms & legs were measuring a week ahead of schedule, and my fundal height was a couple centimeters ahead of schedule at the last visit, even though she only "feels like" a 5 pound baby at this point. I'm average height, as are both of my parents, but sperm donor is 6'3".
