I figure here is as good a place as any to document what I did, at what weight, etc., since I sure don't remember on my own.
All of my sets have 8 reps unless I'm doing them to failure.
Bench Press - 1x45lbs, 2x50lbs, 1x55lbs
Barbell Curl - 3x45, 1x50
Alt. Hammer Curl - 3x15, 1x20 to failure
Triceps Pushdown - 2x55, 1x60, 1x65
Butterfly - 2x25, 2x30
Reverse Barbell Curl - 1x10, 1x20
15 minutes cardio on the bikes, set to 'Fat Burn.'
And I think that's it.
