I am not staying in the kitchen at all hours to hand it out, and I'm not asking the staff to do it, either.

I'd be happy to work with the blood supply at mealtimes and keep inventory of who takes how much and when. I can work on extra security for its storage, as well, if it's needed.

I'd be satisfied with that. I'll look into more concrete options, as well, if it's necessary; the definition of 'undead' seems quite flexible as it applies to our current vampire population.
