I doubt he'll need much supervision, but if there are any problems, let me know.

Also, I don't know who might be on shift with him at any given time, but if matters can be arranged such that he isn't always working alone, I think that might be, shall we say, useful. I'm trying to encourage him to meet more people in person, rather than simply communicating via journal all the time.
