(no subject)
Our cat is missing. She must have slipped out as we were on our way out. We don't know where she is. We already held our own search party to find her. Even with the basset's nose...nada. There are many stray and outdoor cats that live around here. We put food outside our door in hopes that she will return...hopefully our front porch won't turn into a neighborhood buffet. We're hoping for the best. It's just so hard because it's like one big waiting game and there's not a whole lot that can be done.
In other news, I thought I'd share something somewhat clever on my part. I thought it was absolutely hysterical until I became sad:
Last night we were leaving the grocery store when I lady in a minivan zoomed by. I said, "Wow...she's driving like an astronaut in a diaper!" Admittedly, this is referencing old news...but it still made myself smile.
