Real paper and ink!
I had fun doing this. I actually sat down with pencil and paper, went over it with a Micron, and then colored with Prismacolor markers as well as colored pencils. Confession - I need more Prismacolors. I don't like the waxy effect of the pencils...
Anyway, trying to draw Buckbeak was an ordeal in itself, so I had the bonus features from the "Prisoner of Azkaban" DVD frozen on my laptop while I futsed with it forever. However, he looks like the big bird, and the proportions are wrong on purpose - this was made for Immy's Irish Art Challenge. I was going to do the intertwining border, started it, hated it, erased it. Oh well.
