[the screen flicks on, but it seems the recording device is half-covered by a hand. the soft click-beep of buttons being pushed comes over. arthur is playing with the functions, still trying to figure out the way his magic box works. he makes a scoffing noise, and his hand moves, revealing a troubled and slightly frustrated expression. looking to the side, he sets the communicator down on the table, not noticing that it happens to be on.
