Недавно в обсуждении я обмолвилась о шокирующих подробностях, касающихся правил и требований, предъявляемых к работникам ведущих компаний мира. It's silly stuff, but sometines (required: Comedy Central here has it in the schedule currently...) my brain needs some stupid and mindless crap where you can switch off your thinking for an amount of time.
Hm... This would be an explanation for why they cry for personnell everywhere and claim that there are so many positions left uncovered by anyone.

Yep, technically this thought dawned on me too a while ago. If you offer bad conditions and make people even pay money on top so they can work at yours, well... then don't complain you don't find anyone for a certain position. 'Cause a job must also bring a profit for the one who does it - if there is none, there will be no worker too. And it's "do your shit by yourself!" ("Mach deinen Scheiß alleine!").
