All the colors of my story
My entry for the fairyland museum contest!
It's a necklace inspired by September's musings on what sort of story she is in. Hopefully, it has a bit of everything: snow and arrows and enemies, somersaults, orange dresses, unclaimed favors and lanterns the color of blood.
It's mostly glass beads, with a bit of quartz and one that is probably bone, although it has long since lost its label; and, appropriately enough for a story with fairy gold, basemetal wire.
The only halfway decent full-length photo I could get. The necklace wound up being a bit over 2 yards long, more than I had planned.
And a circumnavigation-themed picture of it draped happily over my sextant.
