NBA Champions
Congratulations to the Los Angeles Lakers on winning the 2010 NBA Championship last night. They defeated the arch-rival Boston Celtics in what was a very entertaining series that went 7 games. The Celtics led for most of Game 7, but the Lakers took over in the 4th quarter. Kobe Bryant won the MVP award and his 5th championship. He is very happy that he now has one more than Shaq, with whom he didn't get along when they played together. The Lakers have now won 16 championships, one less than the Celtics, who have the record. As you all know, I can't stand Boston teams, so I hope that the Lakers win a few more and pass them. Lakers coach Phil Jackson won his 11th championship as a coach, more than any other coach in NBA history. Congratulations to the whole Laker team, front office and coaching staff!
