(no subject)
still here, but just not very conversational over the last few months. we moved into a new apartment, and it is nice, pictures will be posted.
I think I have a limited amount of people time in me (if that makes sense, like other people have a limited amount of time they can spend alone) and living with someone pretty much eats that all up, plus providing a perfect audience for minor rambles of the "guess what I saw at the bus stop?" variety. I didn't really feel like posting until I got my living situation settled, and now have a decent internet connection from which to post.
My birthday was awesome, we went to Cam Huong for bbq bahn mi and then I finally scored my op/thrift shop top want list item: an authentic 70's tuxedo print t shirt. Brand: Rock and Roll, made in California, and a drawing of an extra fancy prom-style ruffly tux front printed on a long-sleeve. not going to wear it every day, but it is the concept of crossing that one off my list that counts. I got a few books and vhs too.
We had chinese food for dinner and then a beer and I baked a ginger cake today which is cooling right now.
