I got out of work early today!  For some unknown reason, the power in the court complex went out at 1:05pm today.   Our whole building was down, the jail was down, the shopping center across the street was down, but the traffic light a block down worked.  Anyway, deputies were placed in each hallway, as we had no electricity for security cameras.  ( Read more... )

A government agency (not identified to protect their own stupidity), sent a letter with a request for a copy of a disposition of a case.  They included an envelope, with the address of "Little Creek Damn Road".

Um...please correct your stationary to "Little Creek DAM Road", so that it's not swearing at me, k?
