[ He's just staring at the 'gear for a moment, too confused to be shocked just yet. That is a very familiar voice and he both hopes and doesn't hope that it is who it sounds like. ]

[ But no, it is exactly who is sounds like. He'd recognize that hair anywhere, not to mention Estelle's one of the few people in the castle who's always said his name without scorn and the memory of that intonation is not easily forgotten. ]

[ Flynn frowns, obviously concerned. To be honest, he's more worried about Yuri's potential well-being than he is angry about Estellise being on her own - he knows Yuri would never voluntarily leave the Princess behind. ]

[ He gets one of those funny squiggly lines in his brows, though he does his very best to maintain a professional expression for the Princess.

She does look like she's doing fine, while mollifies Flynn somewhat. He doesn't like the idea of Lady Estellise wandering around on her own - it is his duty to protect her, Yuri aside - but he also doesn't want to see her as stifled as she was in the palace. Whatever his initial thoughts on the matter, traveling with Yuri had been good for her, and though it is wildly unprofessional Lady Estellise is his friend and Flynn likes it when his friends are happy. ]

Yes, Your Highness. Still...I would feel better if we could at least see each other face-to-face. [ And he needs to meet these friends of hers. ]

[ If the slightly dejected look in his eyes is any indication, Flynn is starting to feel like a dog who's just been bopped with the newspaper. ]

I-I will do my best, Lady Estelle. [ Give him time, he'll come around - eventually. ] And I would be honored to be considered your friend. [ He'd be saluting if he wasn't sitting down, but that smile on his face is a little less than professional. ]

[She didn't want to hurt his feelings. But nobody here knows she's a princess, or even royalty at all, and she doesn't want to be treated differently. It reminds her of when she first left with Yuri.

Oh! Yes, this is Sunny. She's been with me since I arrived. [pats Sunny's head gently] Sunny, this is Flynn. We're from the same world.

[ He waves at Sunny, easily picking up on her, well, sunny disposition through the 'gear. ]

I guess the people I've been talking to were right about everyone getting one of these. [ He ducks out of the camera for a moment and then returns with his Growlithe. He holds the Pokémon in front of the camera. Growlithe barks happily, tail wagging. ] I found this little one -- or maybe she found me.
