on the subject of summer.....
and so kids,
i landed the long-term position i applied for. the ONE positive thing, actively supporitng my sanity lately. I will be working Sunday 11am-11pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wed. 2pm-11am every week.... this means, (drum-roll please) thursday, friday, and saturday, OFF! Wow, this is a drastic change from the former Mill-life i lived. aka. 65 hours a week... all random. With this new job, it being through the company L.E.A.P, at an Assisted Living Facility for five adults with physical and developmental disabilities, i get full health benefits, a week paid vacaion, and paid sick days. I also get free trainings. Currently I am enrolled in a CRMA class, this is Medication-Certficaion, which in a fancy drawn-out way (believe me) means i can throw Rx meds down throats.... hmmm, here i thought i was a professional at perscription meds... since, 17 years old? haha also, im seeing Mindless Self Indulgence with my dear friend Maya, or rather modestmaya... whatever, her on-line name... she rocks. Also, im going to Bostonia the week of the 23rd of June. Im leaving on a Thursday, via Portlando train, and coming back late on a Saturday. Anybody interested in tagging along with me? It is going to be a weekend of extreme drinking and Clubbing with my fantastic friend Dennis. Ok, wow, so this isn't really even a negative post. Odd. Peace, suckers. OH! Maya, GOT MY TICKETS FOR MSI!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO
