(no subject)
Meant to be taking Rusty to the garage this morning to get the last niggle sorted out. Hopefully. The bodged repair has made the car drivable but with an annoying tendency to stall when pulling away unless I over rev her, so replacing the part with one he's meant to have got hold of over the weekend should fix it completely, unless there were two original problems :s (NB - wasn't charged for bodge job - had been bodged previously when someone repaired it & they reckon it got jogged when they took stuffs apart to fix the gasket problem)
Instead I am still at lemming-man's watching more snow fall on his garden & working on my laptop.
Currently desire to get car completely fixed is vying with desire to stay in & not drive along busy snowy roads.
Forecast says snow should clear tomorrow & so long as it stops falling roads should be ok to drive tomorrow at any rate. Plus this way I get hugs tonight :)
Following the theme of hugs - This past weekend we discovered our mummy style sleeping bags (different makes) zip together so was snuggly warm in Alfrick village hall for once (was staying there for a weekend of conservation work) :D
