Any tips for hardcore weight loss?

I know this is pretty much a dead community, but I need some exercising/dieting tips.So I'm pretty upset about my weight (like I wasn't before or anything lol), but the circumstances are a little bit different. I've lost 12kg in 3-4 weeks, but it wasn't really safe tbqh.
I've been on copenhagen diet and lost 10kg and after that I just didn't feel like eating sweets or anything fat or unhealthy for really long time.
but really this diet is not for everyone, after 7th day (when you eat one meal) I has puking all night, even if i drank a gulp of water, in a metter of seconds it was all out... but my parents supported me so I continued with it. But I had nosebleeds everyday after... So yeah, definately not recommending, but well... it worked. It's not much of a diet to lose weight, but to change your metabolism and I'm really happy that in the end I sticked to it, because I havent gained weight ever since even if I eat whatever I want (fastfood, sweets, you name it).
Even if it's hell during those 13 days I'm thinking of doing it again. There's still 20kg to lose to have a dream weight :(

oh, also this site is amazing to keep track of what you eat, how many calories it is and how much you exercise. It's the best from all I've tried. Whenever I log in I feel really proud of myself and it gives me that extra kick to keep going :)
