Farewell, The Crocodile Hunter. You died doing what you loved.

EDITED: I'm going to miss all the tribute shows on tv tonight because of marching band--I didn't want to, because it still seems so...not real. Even if I just saw 10min, maybe I could believe it more. =\
I was home earlier from band (reason being due to the activities being preperation for a competition I will not be participating in due to certain medical procedures T_T) and I managed to sit still for maybe a half hour...it's just such sad thing, I could barely watch it. I was also dealing with issues such as the width and depth of the media broadcast and such, yet, and I am not one to cry, but I was getting teary. o_o Perhaps you could say programs are designed for such, and yet...

Still don't really believe it.

It's strange, because I can't say I ever loved him or loathed him, but he was an icon of my country and a good one at that.

I always thought he was immortal, though.

----

Today has also been the death of my laptop, Icchan. I was just using him, as I do, just like normal...and he died. Crashed. Wouldn't be turned back on. I tried and tried and rang my mama and as soon as she picked up I tried once more and...he turned on! ~__~;; *pats him lovingly*

Died and was revived. The Jesus of Silicon Heaven. /Red Dwarf reference.

My plan of attack is this: take off all of the Naruto anime I have on my external hardrive that I haven't been bothered to burn ;_; and then transfer what I can from my 80GB hardrive to the 20GB storage. -_-; Mostly music, I think. That, and remember to keep updating schoolwork files onto my ipod. Then, tomorrow, I shall ring the Acer service center and see what they say and then maybe trek all the way over to the other side of the city. We shall see.

So if I randomly disappear, it's because Icchan has taken to the right hand side of the Father of Silicon Heaven died in the meantime. n_n

...I want a new laptop. *_* SHHHHH, DON'T TELL ICCHAN.

icchan, laptop, death
